These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Influra application, dashboard, APIs and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any content you upload, generate, or distribute using the Service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate any law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, or that violates the terms of any third-party platform where you publish such content (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X). We may limit or revoke access to the Service if we believe your use is abusive or poses a risk to others.

5. AI Providers & Third-Party Services

The Service may connect to third-party AI providers, APIs, and infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and policies imposed by those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the behaviour, output, or availability of any third-party service.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Where applicable, access to certain features of the Service may require a one-time payment or subscription. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe) and may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Springboard LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
